If your order hasn’t arrived within 60 days (or 45 days for USA), and tracking shows no delivery, we’ll offer a full refund or resend.
⚠️ If tracking says "Delivered" but you didn't receive it, we may ask for a non-delivery certificate from your local post office.

What if the item I received is damaged or incorrect?
